A primary focus of the Alliance is to address the critical shortage of health care workers and create commitment to health care professions as viable career options. To assist in this effort, the Alliance developed the Job Shadowing Program to provide an organized opportunity for career exploration. The Job Shadowing Program provides a consistant process at facilities throughout the Alliance's region for individuals wishing to explore health careers.
